BusConnects Cork Gets the Green Light from Cabinet 🚍
Great news for anyone who’s ever waited too long for a bus - the Cabinet has officially approved BusConnects Cork! This multi-billion euro project will completely reshape how we get around the city, with 11 sustainable transport corridors, 90km of new bus lanes, and 95km of cycle lanes planned. That means smoother bus journeys, safer bike routes, and fewer cars clogging up our roads.
The new bus network will boost services by more than 50%, with two routes even running 24 hours a day. A planning application is expected next year and if it all goes to plan, the future of travel in Cork looks a whole lot smoother. (Read More)

Oscar might be little, but don’t let that fool you - he’s a big personality in a pint-sized package. This black-and-white terrier mix, roughly 6–10 months old, is full of bounce, love, and pure puppy charm. Walks? Yes. Parks? Absolutely. Treats? Say no more. Oscar’s the kind of pup who’ll turn even a rainy Marina Park stroll into a highlight of your week.
If you’re interested in adopting Oscar, please email [email protected] for an application form, or you can apply via the adoption application form on their website at the end of Oscar’s profile.
