Expect a host of new retail outlets, including some 'bigger box' stores, and a much-needed multi-storey car park. While the council has attached 52 conditions, particularly around traffic management and ensuring the city centre remains vital, the project is poised to create over 1,500 permanent jobs and significantly boost the local economy.
